We took a trip to Peddler’s Village for the Fourth of July Weekend festivities. There were a lot of little craft stands, face painting and caricature artists, and food vendors interspersed among the quaint little shops in the village. The day was beautiful, the sky was blue and sun was shinning, but it wasn’t unreasonably hot.
The boys had a great time, and had the opportunity to savor an American tradition: The Independence Day hot dog! (Where’s Daddy’s hot dog? Maybe that has something to do with him looking so grumpy…)
Alex shows his patriotism…
And the boys pose for a picture with their Mommy (well, pose, sorta…like I’ve said numerous times: Getting them together on something is like herding cats :-)).
